No. The Spice Rack is open to Black women who are formally diagnosed, self-identifying, questioning, or still learning the language for their experiences. You do not need a diagnosis to belong here.

No. The Spice Rack is a community membership space, not a mental health service. It offers connection, resources, education, and support — but it is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.

The Spice Rack lives on this website. Virtual community spaces and body doubling sessions are held through Zoom via Our Neurospicy Space. You will find access information inside the member portal after joining.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Spice Rack members have access to member events, virtual hangouts, body doubling sessions, and community programming. Some events may be open to all NBW members regardless of tier.

Yes. Replays and notes from past sessions are available to Spice Rack members inside the member portal when recordings are available.

Our Neurospicy Space is available to Spice Rack members and runs on a regular schedule. The main lobby is open during scheduled sessions for body doubling, coworking, and community connection. Check the Events and Calendar page for the current schedule and upcoming session times.
